1. Upload video. Drag and drop or upload clips or a full length video in high resolution. Via a powerful transcoder the cataloguing tool automatically creates a preview version and abstracts all the metadata already present in the video which are used to populate designated fields.

2. Click to play. Place in/out points in the time line to create new clips. You can add keywords and key phrases and other meta data at any time using voice enabled technology. Pop up synonym libraries are available to assist with descriptions and alternative words and phrases.

3. Populate fields automatically. All the metadata, keywords and keyphrases can automatically populate the next clip in the series; you can retain this data as standard or edit at will.

4. Add social media metatags. The system simultaneously adds social media metadata to each clip you create.
